Second Attempt at Blogging

I've decided to have another go at blogging. Some things have changed this time around that hopefully I can be more regular at posting.

Unfortunately Ive had to disable comments for the time being. I logged into the site after a month hiatus and found the first post was flooded with spam comments. Hopefully, once Ive figured out how to implement a blacklist, comments can be re-enabled.

What is the blog about? Its about the things that Im interested in, snippets of information that I pick up along the way and want to share with others or just preserve. Some of the topics that I hope to write about in future:

• Technology: I work as a Systems Engineer for a living, so Im hoping to write about hints and tips that I find along the way that others might find useful
• Retro-Gaming / Emulation: Much to my wifes chagrin, Ive picked up a bunch of old computers from my Childhood; Im also interested in emulators that try and recreate these old machines on newer platforms.
• Life in General: Id like to write about the place Ive been, the things I see.

So, lets see what happens.
